Who is Julie Ciardi?

I’m Julie Ciardi, founder of IGNITE Her® - a global movement of women stepping into their full potential using the NEW Human Design.  I help coaches, consultants, and service-based entrepreneurs unlock their natural blueprint to build sustainable, wildly successful businesses that are a true extension of who they are. Who they were designed to be.

I am a former VP of Marketing at IBM turned entrepreneur, mentor, and marketing disruptor for the New Era woman. With an MBA, 25+ years of corporate leadership, and three multi-6 and 7 figure businesses under my belt, I bring both traditional business strategy and transformational energetics into everything I teach.

I don’t just teach business. I teach women how to lead their niche with a message built from their Human Design, not for the algorithm.

As a certified Gene Keys guide and Human Design business coach, I’ve spent years rewriting the rigid, masculine frameworks of branding and marketing—translating them into a feminine, frequency-first model I call IGNITE Her® Frequencies.
